Our bespoke services allow for specific adjustments in loft, firmness, and cooling tech. We believe every sleeper is unique. Because of the personalized nature of these items, custom orders enter production within 12 hours of placement.
Can I cancel a custom order? You may cancel within that initial 12-hour window. After this period, materials are cut and prepared specifically for your sleep profile, and the order becomes non-refundable.
We ship our premium memory foam products across the continental USA. Due to sanitary health regulations, pillows that have been removed from their vacuum-sealed packaging cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect exists.
